Here is an exaggerated San Francisco style apartment that I modeled in Maya. The idea is that people who have nice things (big screen TV, fancy kitchen appliances, large sofa, etc.) and make a decent living, still aren’t able to afford a decent sized apartment in San Francisco.  The model is ruffly 300 sqft.   The bathroom and bedroom are not shown.  The SF apartment layout is long and narrow with bay windows.  All the furniture is to scale and isn’t exaggerated, but the room itself is.  The textures (colors/materials) are invisible to not extenuate the models.
